HIPHORA SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping destinations and rates
HIPHORA currently ships to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Shipping charges are based on the destination and order subtotal:
• United States: $9.99 standard shipping
• Canada: $14.99 standard shipping
• United Kingdom and eligible European destinations: $19.99 standard shipping
• Australia and New Zealand: $24.99 standard shipping
• Other eligible international destinations: $29.99 standard shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $70 USD or more. The checkout rate is the final rate for your order. Availability may vary by product and destination.
Processing and delivery
Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, and destination. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your tracking information is an estimate and is not guaranteed. International shipments and peak shopping periods may take longer.
Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. You will receive tracking information by email when it becomes available.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are expressly included at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.
Delays, loss, or damage
Carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside HIPHORA's control may affect delivery. If tracking shows a delivery problem, or your package arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and relevant photos so we can investigate.

Shipping destinations, services, and rates may be updated as carrier and supplier costs change. The rates shown at checkout at the time of purchase control your order.
